“I don't feel that she took my he...”

I don't feel that she took my health concern seriously. I explained my issue had been going on for a long time and had gotten worse. She did not offer any insights into what was going on. She said she would send out referrals. After reading MyChart notes, it confirmed that she did not listen to what I told her.

“Dr. Heeseman is the best PCP I'v...”

Dr. Heeseman is the best PCP I've ever had. She was the doctor for my mother who was in a wheelchair and developed dementia. Dr. Heeseman treated her with dignity and respect. She is the doctor for my dad, husband and me. She listens to the problem and works with us to find the correct solution. We are very grateful she is our doctor.
