Dr. Papenfuss is THE BEST!! He was so up to date on my chart that he asked how my appointments went with a surgeon at Confluence and provided his opinion on the options they gave me, saying if it were one of his own family members he would be in support of the procedure which made me feel much better. He's always genuinely concerned and so empathic and amazingly compassionate, also asking about my kids who he treats in Family Med. He's all around amazing and if cortisone shots were a long term solution for my knee, I'd let him do them forever! Don't ever let him go anywhere else, I've never been so happy to have to go to the doctor.
