“I am always so thankful for the ...”
I am always so thankful for the care Dr Poole has shown my daughter. She thinks outside of the box and makes sure our concerns are met with care and excellence every time. She has been the only doctor Betty had seen throughout her life and I was so very thankful that she noticed we weren't on her schedule and fixed it for us. I'm sad that this had to happen though, because in the past there's never been an issue getting in with our chosen provider. As a parent continuity of care is extremely important to me for both my daughters as they have complex medical needs. It's difficult having to explain all of it to doctors that do not know their histories and makes appointments unnecessarily long. Going further I Hope as a clinic continuity of care with our chosen providers becomes as important to you as it is to us parents and the providers that have cared for our children their entire lives.
