“Disappointed with Dr. Cheves and staff”
After undergoing an outpatient surgery at St. Josephs performed by Dr Cheves, we found that we had been lied to by one of the billing staff in his office. They told us we would be billed for one thing and we received a bill for another. Of course, no one in the office will admit this or help us in getting it fixed. Instead they direct us to MCG headquarters in Augusta. Dr. Cheves himself says he can do nothing about it and lacked understanding or compassion for his office staff's lie.
