“The best dental visit I had in a long time!”

I have gone to many different dental offices to get a cleaning but none have given me the care like this dental office. They took the time to explain things and treated my teeth with care. I saw Dr. Rickerby from 2001 - 2005 and was always extremely happy with his work, tableside manner, and professionalism. I stopped seeing him when I moved to NY, but never quite felt comfortable with other dentist. After many years, I realized that the trek from Washington Heights was well worth the quality care and comfort Dr. Rickerby and his staff provides. My only regret was waiting so long to return. “Very professional and informative visit”

Having not been to the dentist in a very long time, I was very hesitant to go to one because of knowing that my teeth would need a lot of work. After having visited Dr. Rickerby and Ms. Myly twice now, they have been so great and thorough with me. I have never felt so comfortable and relaxed at a doctor's office ever.

They seem to both care about the well being of their patients. The staff are very well mannered and have such pleasant personalities. I would definitely recommend everyone here.

I've been a patient of Dr. Rickerby for almost 20years and within that time, I've had several procedures. The most long lasting and extensive one was a procedure called "round house caps" which meant my upper teeth were a series of caps. Dr. Rickerby did them with care and precision and when finished my smile was the best I've ever had. My round house caps have lasted for 17 years and I still continue to have a beautiful smile... I say, "beautiful" because that's what people say.

Dr. Rickerby has been my family dentist for some years. I appreciate his professionalism and knowledge, as well as his humor and candor. “This office is very professional.”

I throughly enjoyed my visit today. The receptionist was kind and the hygienst was professional in asking what brought me in today. She was also gentle when administering the medication to numb my mouth. Dr. Rickerby was honest in his diagnois and he has reassured me that they are going to care for my teeth as much as possible.

I'm also pleased with the fact that I will be able to save a tooth that I was initially told would have to be extracted.

Just finished treatment for implants and caps and I am completed satisfied with the final results. I have say I am not an easy patient, I"m very critical and I'm very sensitive when work is being done. However, Dr. Rickerby is patient and makes me laugh to ease my fears.

Therefore, when I say I am satisfied with my caps, I really mean it. As I said before I'm critical but I also know when the work is done correctly, and my was. Give Dr. Rickerby a try and you won't regret it. BTW, kudos to the office staff who are incredibly nice and very welcoming.

The entire staff was extremely thorough from start to finish and took the time to explain every single step. They were constantly referring to the x-rays or handing me a mirror so they could talk be through each dicussion point. At 27 they were teaching me how to brush my teeth - I don't remember my first dentist appointment but I apparetnly missed something :)

“Couldn't ask for a better dentist!”

From scheduling appointments to picking the best payment plans, Dr. Rickerby's office and staff have been 100% accommodating and helpful. Dr.Rickerby has done a wonderful job taking care of my dental problems. From cavities, to pulled teeth and root canals, I have always left the office with no problems. There has been little to no swelling at all after all surgical procedures with a 1 to 2 day recovery period. Dr.Rickerby's personality and great sense of humor also adds to the experience!

I hate going to the dentist. I've come to learn about this practice through work and decided to visit and get a cleaning. It's been a while for me (less than 2 years - not that bad) and so I assumed the worst. The hygienist was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable.
