I loved him. He was very easy to talk to. He was not in a hurry. He explained everything, even pulling up a picture to help me understand. He had no problem with all my questions, fears etc. My followup was awesome, he delt with every concern. Cant say enough good about him.

Thorough in explaining the cause of medical issue and the procedure necessary to correct it. Friendly disarming communicator which helped relieve any fears or concerns. Didn't feel rushed; was attentive to my questions. Used videos to help show where and why the problem existed and how it would be fixed.
