“He is knowledgeable of my medica...”

He is knowledgeable of my medical history, he is kind and listens to what I have to say. He is a very competent physician in his specialty. I feel he will determine what is causing me to be ill and will find the solutions. Each time I have sent a message to him, I receive a quick response from his nurse giving next steps- appointment, options for treatment, etc. I feel he cares about his patients- me being one of them.
