Very professional, listened to my concerns. This was my first visit with this provider.

My appointment was made through the portal without my input. However, it worked out fine, but at no point in time was I advised the entrance into Dr. Hakki's office had been changed to a security lockdown. I had to enter via the ER entrance. For the average person, this would not have been an issue, but I walk with a cane and steps are difficult for me to navigate. Then the circuitous route to his office was also somewhat stressful. The staff was so lovely and helpful but had it not been for them, I am not sure how I would have managed. The kicker then was that I was permitted to exit by that exit!!!Really? Like someone couldn't have come to that door as I was exiting and gained entrance and possibly done something physically to me in the process? Not at all sure that whole change was well thought through. I totally understand the need for security. I'm not 'downing' that, just that particular location is questionable to me.
