“I have found I judge my trust in...”

I have found I judge my trust in an individual quickly, based on an initial interaction. Dr Busby was approachable, personable and direct in our interaction. He didn't talk down nor try to impress. Speaking with me on a human level, rather than Doctor to patient. I was much impressed.
