Dr. Tillman was exceptional. She listened to my concerns, took my pain seriously, and clearly explained why my lipoma needed surgical evaluation. What impressed me most was her follow-through. When I encountered difficulty getting the appropriate surgical consultation, she advocated for me and helped make sure I was able to see a surgeon. I felt heard, cared for, and genuinely supported. I'm incredibly grateful to have her as my dermatologist."
