Great bedside manner. Answered all of my questions thoroughly-She is a straight shooter, which I greatly appreciate. Explained the examination very well, I was very comfortable the entire time. Overall, very warm and inviting and very informational provider.

The provider lacks bedside manners. She asked me when was my last mammogram. I told her April of this year. She insisted that I was wrong and stated "your last mammogram was in December 2024" she did realized that she was wrong and that it was actually in April like I told her. She then stated "I can read." She rushed through the appointment and whenever I asked her a question concerning my issue, she rushed to answer my question. She seemed as if she wasn't there for my benefit but only her own. She rushed out of the room with me after she wad done. I assumed she had to see other patients, but when I checked out I could see her standing behind the wall talking to another receptionist. That wad confirmation for me that she truly did not care about me as a patient or my concerns. I would not like to be seen by her every again.
