Second time I've seen this provider. She was great at first visit.This time she spent majority of the visit facing the computer when talking to me.

I hope I'm saying her name correctly - Kimberly. She was absolutely amazing. I haven't been to the doctor in a while, and I was very scared going in. I'm still a little scared, but she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She felt familiar and genuine, which made the entire visit much easier for me. I would truly love to continue working with her. Great job on hiring her.

Very thorough and listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Wonderful bedside manner, will be using her as my provider going forward

The provider lacks bedside manners. She asked me when was my last mammogram. I told her April of this year. She insisted that I was wrong and stated "your last mammogram was in December 2024" she did realized that she was wrong and that it was actually in April like I told her. She then stated "I can read." She rushed through the appointment and whenever I asked her a question concerning my issue, she rushed to answer my question. She seemed as if she wasn't there for my benefit but only her own. She rushed out of the room with me after she wad done. I assumed she had to see other patients, but when I checked out I could see her standing behind the wall talking to another receptionist. That wad confirmation for me that she truly did not care about me as a patient or my concerns. I would not like to be seen by her every again.
