“Previously, my then current PCP ...”
Previously, my then current PCP had a very busy schedule, so I was referred to Dr. Shissler. After meeting with Dr. Shissler and needing to return for an issue, I asked if Dr. Shissler would be my new PCP & he said yes. "All" your staff at this facility is friendly and helpful. The "primary" reason I asked for Dr. Shissler to become my PCP is: He went the extra mile in researching my records & made a determination that I should see a Specialist for another issue that I was not being seen for.
