Dr. Cheng is an excellent listener! He is also great at repeating back what he just heard. This gives me the reassurance that he is hearing exactly what I am trying to convey. He gives clear and vivid explanation of treatment options. And he always considers how I am feeling about the various options, which makes me so much more comfortable about proceeding with his recommendations. I have told several people how wonderful a doctor he is and will continue to do so.
