“The Dr David Masuck seemed to fe...”
The Dr David Masuck seemed to feel very uncomfortable in the room with me. I didn't have a voice due to an extreme sore throat. That happens everytime I get a sore throat, loose my voice. I was prepared for my visit and had all my symptoms written down and when it started. And my hx for him. Even the hx of me having strep several times and what I'm allergic too with my DOB. He didn't seem very interested in anything. He asked if I felt my ears hurting and I shook my head & shrug my shoulders & nodded yes. He just stared at me as I whispered raspy Yes. He didn't in my ears at all. He didn't really look in my throat at all either. He looked like he was scarred to do so. I can't ever stick my tongue straight out without the hump always have to use to the depressor. I whispered that to him and he shook his head no and said it's fine. He didn't stick or press down properly as previously providers do. (As a MA I'm aware of the things that should happen, & I don't call out providers for anything as they are supposed to know what to do). If Dr David Masuck is scared to work with sick patients he shouldn't be a Dr. I felt like I had wasted my time, as he seemed since I couldn't speak and used my notepad on my phone and sick at that. He didn't want to be there and didn't want to be sick. He didn't wear a mask either if he was concerned. He didn't even sit in the chair he seemed to behave as if he couldn't wait to get out of that room. If that's the case he should work from home and pretend over camera.
