Summary

At ECU Health Family Medicine Center, we provide primary care services for patients of all life stages, from newborn to adolescent to geriatric and everything in between.

Our philosophy of care is to make it personal. We believe that being healthy is a lot more than finding a doctor when you or someone you love gets sick or injured. It’s about having a primary doctor who knows your health history and sees you at least a few times a year. It’s about having easy access to quality care, not just for your body, but your mind as well.

No matter your age or stage, we’re here to provide the care you need, with services like:

  • Preventive care, including immunizations, gynecologic care, contraception, cancer screening referrals, routine lab tests and more

  • Chronic disease care for conditions like high blood pressure and high cholesterol

  • Acute, same-day appointments for urgent needs

  • Office-based procedures, including, but not limited to:

  • Acupuncture clinic

  • On-site radiology, lab, behavioral medicine, pharmacist, nutrition and health coaches

Nutrition services

The team of qualified registered dietitian nutritionists (RDN) and certified diabetes educators (CDE) at ECU Health Family Medicine Center provide medical nutrition therapy (MNT) for patients of all ages. Whether you’re looking to achieve a healthy weight, manage food allergies or intolerances, manage a chronic condition affected by diet, or just improve your overall well-being, we can help!

To get started, ask your primary care provider for a referral.
