I drove about four hours for this appointment and was really hoping to walk away with a clearer understanding of what's going on.The appointment felt rushed, and I didn't feel like I had enough time to ask questions or really understand the bigger picture of my health. A little more time, explanation, and engagement would have made a big difference in my experience.
