I made an appointment for my mother. First they called me to tell that the appt has been cancelled because Dr primack was not in the office then they rescheduled my appt and told me the wrong timings. when i reached there with my mother, I had to wait 30 min.After a long wait, they told me that I was late for appt so that doc. cant see my mother.They didn't accept it was their mistake that they told me the wrong time.
