I was well-prepared for the surgical procedure by the doctor/surgeon and his staff. There were pamphlets in the waiting room, too, to take home and read. State-of-the-art equipment and extremely clean/sterilized environment. Can't say enough how appreciative I was of the timely follow-up by staff a few hours after surgery, and then again the next day -- customer service at its finest. Beautiful all-around experience.
