Dr. Cloud is exactly the type of individual I was looking for. She demonstrated genuine concern but at the same time, put herself in my shoes and asked the question " if this were my finger, what would I do?". Dr. Cloud is very approachable and I really like her "no nonsense" approach. Also, great sense of humor!!!
