“Overall bedside manner was good,...”

Overall bedside manner was good, however she didn't seem like she really knew what was going on and right away wants to just biopsy and scope without even mentioning another route. I feel there are other routes then instead of going straight to biopsy

Christine was extremely patient and kind. She was forthcoming with information and explained things in an easy to understand way. She took the time to listen to my concerns and offered a lot of insight. She was wonderful - knowledgeable with great "bedside manner"
