“can't get an appointment, ever”
This place is ridiculous, they refuse to even schedule an appointment until after giving them your complete medical records, who does that? The office staff are extemely unprofessional, clearly they are not the least bit interested in actually performing their jobs. Don't bother with this place, it's a total waste.
