Dr. Jakob was very professional and friendly - he was willing to spend enough time with you to explain the procedure and problems with the greatest detail to put you at ease. The treatment went by smoothly. Other supporting staffs - thanks to Carol, Max and Rachel - were all very accommodating and friendly. People can get freaked out when they realize they need root canal treatment but this is definitely the place to come!

More info: Our office offers personalized care and direct patient communication with Dr. Jakob. Our focus is on patient care. It is important to us that patients fully understand their financial arrangement with us. Dental insurance is vastly different than medical insurance and reimbursements vary greatly between dental plans. Our office is a fee-for-service practice which means that we choose to be upfront about your treatment costs and directly bill PPO plans on your behalf for your reimbursement.
