The visit was extremely professional. Dr. Williams made sure I understood everything and did the injection procedure himself. He made sure I understood everything and spoke to me in layman's terms so there was no misunderstanding as to my treatment plan. I am nearly 80 years old and he made sure he listened carefully to my complaint.
