He talks to me about things and he's genuinely makes me feel like he's listening to me and that he cares and he problem solves. And he tries to do the best thing for my situation. Provider and staff were excellent. I missed the fact that Dr West had his office moved from across from Kadlec to Fowler Street. Luckily I showed up early for my appointment and was able to make my Fowler location appointment on time.
