Accepted Insurance

Wellspring Health Center accepts most major medical insurance and auto injury insurance. Dr. Catherine Kowalski is a participating provider for Cigna, Medicare, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield and all out of state Blue Cross Blue Shields, Oxford, all United Health Care plans except for the Community plan, Operating Engineer’s Local 825,MagnaCare and Qualcare.

We are not participating with Aetna, EXCEPT for Aetna Medicare New Jersey State Employee Retiree plans. The card should have SEHBP Medicare plan printed on the insurance card. We offer affordable payment options for all other Aetna plans.

For Those Without Insurance
The office provides flexible payment options. For patients who need extended care, have high copayments, high deductibles or do not have insurance, we offer a 20% discount with pre-payment options.
