More info: Our practice is fee for service. As a courtesy to our patients we will bill their insurance carriers but we are not members of any PPO, nor HMO networks. Our patients are responsible for their portions of the balance for services received. Limited in office financing can be arranged OAC, but for longer term needs we offer CareCredit financing.
