Several issues. Disrobed and sat on chair. Completely open for the next hour to whoever came in the room. Had a similar procedure done in York. Abdominal area was covered with paper sheet with only the genitals exposed and another paper sheet over that when nothing was being done.Nurse that came in to insert cath sensors put on sterile gloves then reached down and adjusted the footrest WITH the sterile glove!!She also laid the sensor cath on the sterile tray and it flopped off the side and touched the privacy curtain at the door. She then inserted it!Some concerning practices.

Dr Zorn did not see that I was adequately prepared for the insertion of a probe into me. The pain was excruciating. The pain continued for more than 2 weeks after the procedure, especially when I urinated. I was finally given a prescription for a balder Infection, but that Is not where the pain was. It was in my penis. After taking the medicine, I continued to have pain and was worse off than before the visit. My wife called his office several times with no response. When she finally was able to talk to someone, it took several more days before another prescription was ordered. When she called our drug store, they had not received the order from the doctor's office. This was over a weekend, and we had to wait until Monday to find out why It wasn't ordered. They said It was ordered but not forwarded to the drug store. We waited a day or 2 and called the store to see If they had received the order. They did not have It. We had the call the doctor's office again to see what was going on. Again, we were told It hadn't been forwarded. This time It was forwarded, and I finally got the medicine.

DR. ZORN is awesome. He knows his stuff about incontinence. He has an awesome bedside manner. And he does explain things & we find out a solution even w/plastic bones & he shows me what hes going on. He is friendly & does care. Unfortunately he gets booked up so quick.
