Dr. Barbara Bopp is absolutely amazing!!! Being a resident physician myself I came into my appointment terrified of walking out looking like a different person. She made me comfortable re-assured me multiple times that her approach to dermal fillers is "a natural softer version of you". She did exactly that! She smoothed out several areas around my mouth/smile line, under eye circles, and a tiny amount in my upper lip. Being 31 I was conscious about my dark under eye circles from the long hours at work, she lifted this area without a problem in the most natural way possible. I'm walking out today feeling more confident and comfortable than ever! The pain is nothing too different than getting upper lip and eyebrows threaded. I went ahead and opted out of using any topical numbing agents. The staff helps distract you from the pain with little massaging techniques and before you know it the injection is done!! After my brother and his wife recommended Dr. Barbara Bopp, this was my first visit and it was looking like I was going to be late. When we encountered our third slow down at the ‘high rise’. I declared I was going to turn around and just find a new dermatologist closer to home in Mississippi. I knew I wasn’t going to like this Dr. Lady because I was sure she was going to walk in with that little spray gun and start zapping spots without caring that I’m a wimp and really don’t like pain. In fact, I really don’t want to be here at all. My ‘wimp factor’ was sky high. My wife said “we’re more than half way there, so why not just go see, maybe you’ll like this doctor”. I said: I know I’m not going to like her. On her website she looks too young to take time with an old wimpy curmudgeon like me. We arrived right on time and I was immediately ushered into the exam room as I was completing my paper work. Dr. Barbara came in and we discussed my fears. She assured me she and everyone at her office was dedicated to making sure I would be comfortable and feel no pain. She then took time to give me a thorough exam and explain exactly what she was going to do. She even went so far as to tell me not only was I going to feel no pain and I would overcome being a wimp, but I was even going to look forward to future visits. I stopped her and told her she crossed a line with that last one. I have never looked forward to going to the dermatologist. Then she told me I would need a biopsy from my cheek and I said, TODAY? Again she assured me I would feel no pain. At which I snickered. After the biopsy and freezing three other spots, I was home in MS and in total disbelief that I felt no pain AT All. Not only no pain but after this experience I couldn’t believe I was actually looking forward to returning and having the other places that needed attention taken care of. The only way this experience could have been better is if I would have been paid rather than me paying to see Dr. Barbara. I sincerely want to thank Dr. Barbara and everyone at her office for their kindness and efficiency and I do look forward to seeing you all on my next visit. Rudy R.

After my brother and his wife recommended Dr. Barbara Bopp, this was my first visit and it was looking like I was going to be late. When we encountered our third slow down at the ‘high rise’. I declared I was going to turn around and just find a new dermatologist closer to home in Mississippi. I knew I wasn’t going to like this Dr. Lady because I was sure she was going to walk in with that little spray gun and start zapping spots without caring that I’m a wimp and really don’t like pain. In fact, I really don’t want to be here at all. My ‘wimp factor’ was sky high. My wife said “we’re more than half way there, so why not just go see, maybe you’ll like this doctor”. I said: I know I’m not going to like her. On her website she looks too young to take time with an old wimpy curmudgeon like me.
We arrived right on time and I was immediately ushered into the exam room as I was completing my paper work. Dr. Barbara came in and we discussed my fears. I recently had filler with Dr.Barbara and it was amazing! I was always scared to get because everyone said it hurt so bad but that was not the case with her. Her touch was so soft and I really didn't feel much at all. I love how natural I look now. I look like me just polished! Thanks for making me feel so special and look fab!

Julie Hollister was very patient and knowledgeable in providing me with options for my skin care treatment. I Know my skin is damaged and in bad shape, but she was encouraging and supportive during the entire appointment. I have been to another office in the Metairie and left feeling Terrible. I felt like the office staff was judging me the entire time I was there. They even told me that there was No Way my lines could be treated in just one visit. I'm sure that was true, but it was embarrassing to have it announced at the front desk in front of other patients. This office is very supportive, and I have recommended you to Many friends. Thanks for making my experience so positive.
