“He talks very fast and cuts you ...”

He talks very fast and cuts you off before you can finish a sentence. I'm also still not clear if I am supposed to start taking the new medication before the procedure, he referred me to or after because he kept going back and forth changing his mind. I just started taking the medicine anyway. Most of your doctors talk too fast.
