At my Pre-op appointment [...] I saw PA Loretta Winn . She went over every aspect of my up coming lower lumbar surgery with Dr [...]. Ms.Winn was very informative and was very thorough on the procedures and answered every question I had about procedure , after care , an rehabilitation. Ms. Winn Bedside manor was Outstanding, Friendly and took the time to make sure all aspects of procedures were covered. Ms. Winn didnt make me feel like the appointment was rushed and explained events that were going to happen on day of procedure in terms that were easy to understand. Ms Winn always had a smile and made the me feel I was a person instead of a medical record number (if that makes sense )
