A little history with me, I am in the military and blew my back out while active duty in May of 2008. I was being seen by Spine and Pain Centers in Toms River. After them botching my first surgery in March of 2009 (discectomy with IDET), then just trying to cover it up by offering me Dilaudid and Oxycontin, I decided it was time to see a new Doctor.
