Staff is obnixous, nasty to patients on telephone. Told 87 year old mother if she did not like it she could just find another doctor (they had not called in script as promised and would not give mother correct amount of thyroid meds). Mother on meds for 57 years, she is healthy, active 87 aero engineer. Mother knows when she needs to increase or decrease between 15-45 mg (small dosage).
