More info: When you arrive at one of our office, you’ll sign in, fill out some initial paperwork (download paperwork) and pay any fees or outstanding balances. The Medical Assistant will bring you back to your examination room and take your vitals. From there, you’ll meet with Dr Grady. Dr Grady will examine you, discuss your medical history and recommend treatment options. After the visit, our staff remains available for you to follow-up with should you have additional questions or scheduling needs.
