The first person to go over my case and verify information was Simone the physicians assistant. Simone was very professional and caring in her interaction with me. I was then seen by Dr Polverini and I really appreciate her bedside manner and attention to detail regarding my medical history. I felt very at ease with her and that she truly cared about the sometimes difficult journey I have gone through in the last nine years.
