Dr. Hamling did a fantastic job explaining to my daughter how he was going to freeze her wort on her finger off. He explained and showed what liquid nitrogen was and how he uses it. My daughter was initially hesitant to get her wort looked at and now she knows she can just go back and get it frozen off it the first time doesn't take care of it. We appreciate Dr. Hamling's knowledge and communication skills as well as being kind and compassionate.
