Dr. Chen is fantastic! She explained the whole crazy thing on my ankle to me, answered all my questions (some of them several times because I was so worried I couldn't take in her wise and careful answers the first time she said them to me), calmed me down, told me what the treatment would be, what it would do, what to look for, and when to come back. She is extremely intelligently, very well informed, and calm and gentle in her approach to a patient. She is a terrific discovery, as are her LVN, and her medical assistant, both of whom work very well together as well as separately. I was tremendously impressed with all three people.
