Dr. Downs has been my primary care doctor since I joined Facey. He puts me at ease and understands if I'm worried about something. I consider him an asset to my physical health as well as mentally as his care encompasses everything. He is a wonderful asset to Facey and his relaxed cheerful relationship with his staff should spread company wide. Seeing health care people happy is soothing when as a patient I may not feel 100% - but I've always left the office feeling so much better than when I arrived.
