My provider explained what the next steps should be due to my lab results. However, I'm moving out of state so she explained how to contact her for a referral once I have found an endocrinologist for the transition of care.

She was so helpful. Went out of her way to call to inquire about a facility for my mom. She was very sweet, considerate, knowledgeable and didn't rush us.
