“I was most impressed with my PA ...”

I was most impressed with my PA Reagan. She listened and responded appropriately to my questions and concerns. And she has a charming smile that would set anyone at ease and her demeanor indicated that I was not "just another patient". She listened to my concerns and referred me to PT. Very high marks for her.

I felt Reagan was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, took time to explain the diagnosis, explained the options, presented them AS options rather than telling me what to do, and gave her best opinion of what she would recommend for my particular situation. Really appreciated her.
