Dr. Reed was very professional, yet warm & comforting. Very personable while addressing every question w/great knowledge & genuine concern. I was at ease with him (& I haven't always found visiting an OBGYN the most relaxing experience). I liked him very much.

Dr Reed did not care about my concerns. He was more worried about seeing other patients. When it came to my questions he didn't hear me out, talked over me, and made me feel like my questions were stupid or "above his pay grade" according to him.
