Non existent communication from the Surgery Center in Brentwood marred a very positive outcome. We were told to expect a 45 minute delay due to a previous practitioner running late and pushing back all of the procedure times. In fact we had to endure an over 3 hour wait so a scheduled 1:00 procedure time was pushed back until 4:19 pm! My Mom is the patient and is 92 yrs old; hadn't eaten since 7:00 am that morning as per instructions. The elderly cannot be expected to endure that large of a delay. I asked for updates and was told by staff there weren't any. Very disappointing

Dr. Montalto was amazing. She is very patient and answers all of your questions fully so that they are understandable to lay person. She’s also very laid-back and I like that style. She’s extremely bright and I had full confidence in her.

I did not know going into this that she was from Sayville. I read her intro while I was waiting for my eyes to dilate. She was incredibly Knowledgeable and professional before I saw her intro. I highly recommend another Sayville student that has excelled at her life profession.
