Unhappy with receptionist and billing. Charged a $45 copay when I have free annual eye exam, bc they coded as a medical visit, when that's not what I asked for at the initial appt making. Very unhappy about this. I am on fixed income, with tight budget and was not expecting this expense. Dr. Avni and other staff were excellent!

Non existent communication from the Surgery Center in Brentwood marred a very positive outcome. We were told to expect a 45 minute delay due to a previous practitioner running late and pushing back all of the procedure times. In fact we had to endure an over 3 hour wait so a scheduled 1:00 procedure time was pushed back until 4:19 pm! My Mom is the patient and is 92 yrs old; hadn't eaten since 7:00 am that morning as per instructions. The elderly cannot be expected to endure that large of a delay. I asked for updates and was told by staff there weren't any. Very disappointing
