Delaney has very good bedside manner. I recently switched to her as my PCP after having difficulties getting on the schedule with a different provider at this location who was my previous PCP. She immediately looked into my most recent blood tests and ordered additional tests, taking my concerns seriously and looking for answers. She immediately found something that hadn't yet been treated, and calmly explained how it could be related to symptoms I've been having for almost a year now. She didn't just say "this is how we treat this," instead she went over multiple options including non-medicine options, explained the pros and cons of each, went over how insurance typically works for different options, etc. It was collaborative, not just her telling me what to do. It has been a really good experience with her so far.
