“The provider was awesome with li...”

The provider was awesome with listening to me and caring about my problem, but it's a problem most doctors know very, very little about - even specialists, which this provider is not. This is understandable, but still frustrating, as I am consistently the only person involved in my medical care who knows more than surface-level things about it. I've done extensive research and brought citations to share, but I suspect my provider doesn't have time to read them due to being very busy and overworked.
