Only good. Only 2 visits: 1 st was zoom, 2nd in person. Very good history and physical. Always had read records, actually looked carefully at my neck and low back mri. Listened to me, took history before telling me what he thinks. Always discusses the nature of the problem and asks me what I think about the problem. Only then does he switch to testing and treatment choices. Seems to value consensus: that he and I are on same page! Remarkable! Very unusual.

Everyone was kind, attentive, and professional, and I felt very well cared for throughout my visit.I would especially like to recognize my doctor. He was wonderful-very respectful, professional, patient, and compassionate. He took the time to listen to me carefully, answered all of my questions, and explained everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and reassured. I never felt rushed, and I truly felt that my concerns were important to him.I am very thankful for such a positive experience and for having such a caring and knowledgeable doctor. Dr su is an incredible surgeon. I believe that he did a great job on my surgery 2 years ago. That being said, he was abrupt, rude and didn't explain possible solutions to my extreme pain for which I was hospitalized the week before. I left very upset with how I was treated.
