“Took a day off work for appointm...”

Took a day off work for appointment, told Danny my immediate held concerns. Didn't note them, instead said the GI doctor would address all my issues. Did not even examine me. In short, I wasted my time, he did nothing for me! Lack of care and basic incompetence
