“I emailed a document of graphics...”
I emailed a document of graphics and descriptions five days prior to my appointment. This document contained details of all the issues I have been dealing with. Writings and graphics are the best way I know how to help my health care providers have a clear understanding of what I am experiencing. I am not sure if my document was really looked at. My provider was asking me questions and making incorrect statements that were clearly stated in my document. I understand that providers are human too. That that may forget something they read or simply are not able to review all the details with a fine tooth comb. That they are probably over worked and overwhelmed with the demands of providing care.I believe my provider was not overly concerned with some of my concerns because I "passed" the physical tests he had me do. I am happy however that he gave me an option to have an MRI. I feel there is something going on that all of my providers are not yet seeing. At this time, I feel satisfied and unsatisfied with with the care I received.
