I'm usually only at the clinic for some minor issue ( not minor to me). In this case, an Inner ear Infection. The Pa provided help without being condescending of having attitude. The Ma followed instructions from me and solved the issue. The pa went a step beyond and provided me with antibiotics as necessary. Very pleasant and relieving visit

Doctor explained suspicions and immediately scheduled imaging, urinalysis, and bloodwork necessary to identify the problem. She reached as soon as results were in to inform me of my diagnosis and next step.
