Dr Hirsch is very knowledgeable and caring... I justcwish at times he would slow down in explaining. I know it routine for him. So I understand that. But I would feel better if he slowed down his explanations a little. But I still appreciate his concern and knowledge of my issues. Thank you Dr Hirsch
