I did not see my provider until over an hour after my scheduled appointment time. Also the wait time to speak with someone on the phone was a barrier to scheduling an appointment. I had to wait on hold twice for 30 minutes each time, and was unable to take the requested call back because I could not remain indefinitely available during the work day. The automated system has been an added disruption to services since I started seeing providers with facey.

Her office was very helpful in getting my a video conference quickly. As a result, l did bloodwork and got on a treatment plan. She and her office were able prompt with responding to my concerns.
